Join or create a game. The person creating the game decides on the difficulty and how many farms the map can run. Then decides what people on each farm can do; buy, sell equipment for example. A headset and microphone are useful. Then you can use Steam voice or an app like Discord to talk to your friends.

I wrote earlier that we had issue with xbox not to be able to connect to our dedicated server. We have that server at g-portal and what actually helped was to restart server there (so not only restarting of FS22 server, but restarting of g-portal server).
